  • We respond to the demand from our customers by using high speed corrugated machine with a high accuracy automatic conveyor system. 
  • Maximum 4 colors print and die-cut at the same time allows us to produce average 1 million boxes per day.
  • At the end of production process, we use a robot arm machine to increase efficiency in stacking and moving finished products.
  • Another printing technology is digital printing on corrugated box. It can be personalized and on-demand printing without plates, make-ready on safe ink for user and environment.

produces kraft paper from recovered paper by using high technology and internationally accepted machine from Mitsubishi Beloit, with the quality control standard from QCS and DCS. 

Product : Kraft liner board and corrugated medium ranging from 100 to 250 grams. 
 
  • More than 150,000 tons per year production capacity, Reduce the paper waste for more than 180,000 tons and deforestation by 2 millions tons per year. Moreover, our factory is able to reduce carbon dioxide emissions 60 tons per year, ozone depletion and global warming at the same time. 
  • Our power plant’s burning capability is 89%. It will reduce the release of Nitrogen Oxide and Sulfur Oxide to ozone layer. 
  • 99.9% of the dust is being trapped through the installation of the electric static system.
  • 100% of the waste water from printing process is being treated and reused in our production line.
