IPP IEC Receives Carbon Footprint Certification and Announces Carbon Neutrality Target by 2029
On September 17, 2024, IPP IEC was awarded the Carbon Footprint Certification for Organizations by the Thailand Greenhouse Gas Management Organization (TGO). Alongside this achievement, the company announced its commitment to achieving Carbon Neutrality by 2029 through a comprehensive greenhouse gas management strategy. This strategy focuses on enhancing production efficiency, promoting the use of clean energy, and minimizing waste generation across the entire facility through effective resource management.
Currently, IPP reports greenhouse gas emissions of 285,012 tons of CO₂ equivalent, while IEC records emissions of 4,689 tons of CO₂ equivalent.
